Terms of Service

By accessing or using SkyVid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

• Users under 13 are not permitted.
• Users 13–18 require parental or guardian consent and review of these Terms.
• The guardian bears responsibility for the user’s actions.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain password security and accept risks of unauthorized access.
• Notify SkyVid immediately of any unauthorized account use or security breaches.

Your Ownership: You retain ownership of all prompts and uploaded content you submit (“Inputs”). You own all rights to videos or other content you generate (“Outputs”), subject to compliance with these Terms.

License to SkyVid: You grant SkyVid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your Inputs and Outputs. This license exists solely for providing and improving the Services.

Public Content: If you make Outputs publicly available, you grant SkyVid the right to use that content for marketing and promoting the Services across any media channels.

You agree not to use the Services unlawfully or in any way that damages, disables, or impairs the Services. The following actions and content are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal Activities: Content violating applicable laws or regulations.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting or suggesting the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly forbidden. SkyVid will report such content to relevant authorities.
• Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, harassment, or violence based on protected characteristics.
• Extreme Violence and Gore: Content depicting extreme gore, death, self-harm, or disturbing violence.
• Pornography and Explicit Content: Pornographic images, nonconsensual sexual content, or nonconsensual intimate imagery.
• Harassment and Bullying: Targeting individuals with harassment, threats, or bullying.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Using copyrighted materials, trademarks, or intellectual property without authorization.
• Privacy Violations: Sharing private information of others (“doxxing”) or violating their privacy rights.
• Misinformation: Creating or spreading deceptive information that could cause public harm.

All content, features, and functionality on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of SkyVid or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

SkyVid respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice of infringement. The notice must include:

• Electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized person.
• Description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Description of where the infringing material is located on the Services.
• Your address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

SkyVid may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms or the content policy.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SkyVid makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyVid shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkyVid, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Services.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including copyright, property, or privacy rights.

You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

SkyVid reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified by revising the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after posting changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
