Digital Services & Instant Fulfillment
SkyVid provides digital services that involve instant access to AI-powered content generation. Due to the nature of these services, once credits are used or any AI-generated content is produced, the service is considered delivered and consumed.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided that you have not used more than 10% of your allocated credits or generated more than 10 pieces of content (whichever comes first), as determined by our internal usage records.
After this period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. SkyVid reserves the final right to determine usage metrics based on system logs.
3. Free Trial
SkyVid offers a free tier that allows you to explore our services without any payment. Since no payment is required for the free tier, no refund is applicable. We encourage you to fully utilize the free tier to evaluate our services before making a purchase.
4. Credit Purchases
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time for content generation on SkyVid.
5. Eligible Refund Circumstances
We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors.
- Charges made without authorization (subject to verification).
- Service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that significantly impact your ability to use SkyVid.
- Technical issues on our end that prevent content generation for an extended period.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality, style, or creative output.
- Failure to use credits or subscription benefits before cancellation.
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Changes in personal circumstances or needs.
- Inability to access services due to user-side technical issues.
- API usage, enterprise plans, custom plans, or usage generated via automated scripts, bots, integrations, or third-party tools.
- Payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, and applicable taxes.
7. How to Request a Refund

- Your registered email address.
- Date of purchase.
- Transaction ID or order number.
- Reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Goodwill Refunds
